How Pricing Works
Each project starts with a short call to talk about your goals, your audience, and your timeline. This helps me get a sense of what you’re aiming for, and gives you a chance to ask questions about the process before any commitment.
1. Scope & Proposal
Based on our conversation, I’ll create a detailed scope with clear deliverables and a project plan. You’ll see exactly what’s included, the estimated timeline, and the pricing structure so there are no surprises.
3. Design Rounds
Each phase of design includes structured review sessions where you can provide feedback. I’ll refine the work based on your input, keeping revisions clear and purposeful so we stay on track.
2. Deposit & Kickoff
Once you’re ready, we’ll set up a deposit (typically 50/50 set up) and officially begin the project. This ensures we’re both invested and aligned before diving into design work.
4. Delivery & Training
When the project is complete, you’ll receive all the final files, assets, or site access. If needed, I’ll also walk you through how to use your new materials so you feel confident moving forward.

FAQ's

1
Can we start small?
Absolutely. Many clients begin with a Brand Essentials package or a simple One‑Pager site. This gives you a strong professional foundation without committing to the full investment up front. As your business grows, we can expand your brand system, add more pages, or build new features onto your site. Think of it as building in phases—you don’t have to do everything at once.
2
Do you offer
nonprofit pricing?
Yes. I believe in supporting organizations that are doing meaningful work in the community. Nonprofits typically receive a 10–15% discount depending on the scope of the project. I also take into account budget limitations and will work with you to prioritize deliverables so you still get a professional, high‑quality result without overextending your resources.
3
What platforms do
you build on?
Most of my work is on Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress. Together, we'll choose the platform that best matches your goals, technical comfort level, and growth plans. For example, Wix and Squarespace are excellent for clients who want ease of use and minimal upkeep, while WordPress provides more flexibility and scalability for those who may need advanced features down the road. I’ll walk you through the pros and cons before we start, so you feel confident in the choice.
4
Can you handle copy?
Yes. Light copywriting and editing are included with most projects, such as writing headlines, polishing section text, and making sure your message flows well. All of this is done with keyword research, making your site optimized for Search engines from the start. For clients who need deeper content work, such as full-service pages, blog articles, or storytelling for brand launches, I offer full copywriting as an add‑on. Clear messaging is just as important as great design, so I make sure your words support the visuals.
