How the Process Works

Discovery & Goals

We’ll start with a quick conversation to understand what you need, how it’ll be used, and what your goals are. Whether you already have a vision or need help figuring out the right format, I’ll guide you through the options and make sure we’re headed in the right direction. The goal is to get a clear sense of both the creative and practical needs before any design begins.

Printing & Production

After approval, I’ll handle all the technical setup and coordinate production through a trusted in-house printer I work closely with. This allows me to offer high-quality materials at a lower cost than most print shops. You don’t have to worry about file specs, print errors, or miscommunication—I've got it covered.

Design & Proofing

Once we’ve nailed down the direction, I’ll begin designing your piece with attention to clarity, layout, and brand alignment. I’ll send you a digital proof for review, and you’ll have a chance to suggest edits and approve the final version. Nothing goes to print until you’re completely confident in what you’re getting.

Delivery or Pickup

Once your materials are printed, I’ll either ship them to you directly or arrange local pickup—whichever works best for you. Your final pieces will be professionally finished and press-ready for your event, outreach, or everyday use. The entire process is designed to be smooth, stress-free, and efficient.
